Start Where You Are

You don’t need a perfect file. You need a second look.

Deadline. Decline. Payments piling up.
That is when structure matters.

“The bank said no.”

Often the file went to the wrong lender, in the wrong shape. We review it. We place it where it fits.

“Our closing is at risk.”

You get a straight answer and a realistic timeline. If it can close, we build the plan around your date.

“The payments are piling up.”

Cards. Lines of credit. A renewal coming up. We look at the full picture. No judgement.

“My business needs money.”

Equipment. Space. Working capital. Buy-in. Your bank may cover one piece. We work to put the pieces together in one plan.

Write to us and talk it through. No obligation. No jargon. No pressure.

The Funding Stack

One lender is a negotiation.
Five layers are a structure.

One lender rarely covers everything a business needs.
So we combine sources. Each one covers part of the need.

1

Bank and credit-union loans

The main loan, taken to the bank or credit union whose rules fit your file. Usually the lowest cost — never promised in advance.

2

CSBFP — Canada Small Business Financing Program

A federal program that helps small businesses borrow for equipment, renovations and property. We help you apply through a participating lender.

3

BDC — Business Development Bank of Canada

Loans for growth, buying a business, or passing one on. We help you prepare your file and present it.

4

Non-bank and private lenders

Used when a bank’s timeline or rules do not fit — including mortgage investment corporations. The cost is higher. We tell you that up front.

5

Government programs & tax credits

FedDev Ontario programs and loans against SR&ED tax credits, where your business qualifies. We check what applies and help with the paperwork.

What it is for, in plain terms:
An owner who wants to buy his building. A purchase that has to close on time. A partner buying in.
